We’ve been working on WaitSpin and noticed something odd: with AI tools, a lot of the workflow isn’t typing or deciding, it’s waiting. Agents running, commands processing, always “in progress”. It’s not huge, but it happens constantly. Instead of building a full product first, we focused on that moment: a simple sponsor line during AI-agent wait states. Feels backwards, but also like the most honest entry point. Curious if others have noticed how much time sits in these in-between states
