I started building InviteVia after noticing how complicated event invitations can become. You often need to design an invitation, send it to everyone, keep track of replies, and deal with guests who don't want to download an app or create another account.
I wanted to make that whole process simpler and more enjoyable.
With InviteVia, you can create a digital invitation, customize the details, share one link through WhatsApp, SMS, email or social media, and let guests RSVP online in seconds. There are no downloads and no guest accounts required. Guests simply open the invitation, see the event details and respond.
I built it as a small independent project and have been improving it step by step. The goal isn't to add endless features, but to make the things people actually need for an event work well. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, engagement, dinner or a simple get-together, the idea is the same: create an invitation and share it without unnecessary hassle.
I'm still working on new templates, improvements and features based on feedback and how people use the product. It's exciting to see something that started as an idea gradually turn into a real product.
